Dieter Drohmann holds a PhD in Environmental Sciences and has close to 20 years experience in international regulatory affairs and chemical control legislation. Lately, he worked more than 10 years for a major global polymer additives company, leading the European Regulatory Affairs department over this period. During this time he was actively involved in industry consortia and chemical industry sector groups - like Cefic. Moreover, he gave lots of international presentations, wrote articles in books and journals and participated in several REACH implementation groups. Now, he is representing non-EU manufacturers and formulators in REACH SIEFs, Pre-consortia and Consortia.
In 2007, Dr. Drohmann founded CHEMSERVICE, which entered the market to serve the chemical industry and the value chain of the chemical industry – from substance producers to users, converters, article producers, OEMs and retailers. Furthermore, Chemservice was established to help companies with the implementation of REACH and to offer non-EU manufacturers the “Only Representative” solution, as an easy way into the EU.

| Mr. Marc Kiener studied economics at the University of Hamburg (Germany), before he went into the new economy as a consultant for software solutions. As a senior consultant and project manager, he implemented successfully several projects in the field of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in many international operating companies. In 2003, Mr. Kiener used his skills and became an independent freelance Management Consultant. In the following year 2004, he established and became the CEO of the likedeelers GmbH in Düsseldorf, Germany. The likedeelers GmbH is a consultancy company that is specialized to provide comprehensive services with competent experts and solutions to the benefit of its customers. Since 2005, Mr. Kiener is involved in the new European Regulation on chemicals REACH (EU 1907/2006). By creating the likedeelers service line Fit4REACH he predominantly focuses on the economical and business impacts of this EU regulation and is responsible for all REACH projects.* In 2006 the REACH expert team grew and the competence on REACH know-how increased. Mr. Kiener establishes for likedeelers in 2007 a REACH representative office in Beijing, China, to provide comprehensive services on only representitive issues with chinese REACH consultants. With his team of REACH consultants he used his knowlege on REACH and skills as a software consultant for the development of a unique REACH software (Fit4REACH-NAVIGATOR) that is specialized to handle the REACH requirements and processes. More than 10 companies form different industies e.g. consultantcy, chemical, automotive, recycling and consumer industries have implemented this software. |
