Caleb is an international multi-disciplinary sustainable development consultancy based in Wotton under Edge (near Bristol, UK). The company was established in 1994 by Paul Ashford (Managing Director) to continue his career in ‘issues’ management. Since then, the company has grown to a team of 12, of whom 6 are involved in REACH regulatory activities and 3 in climate change, and associated environmental issues. Caleb has extensive experience in all areas of EU regulation, spanning policy development and implementation, both in REACH and other areas of regulatory activity. As a result, Caleb is also heavily involved in consortium management and related dossier development.
